Current State of Affairs
We hope that this email finds you well and safe. During these uncertain times, we firstly want to thank our members for your continued support of our family owned small business. Our goal has always been and remains to be to provide you with not only a great workout, but a space where you can relieve some stress and better yourself from the inside out.
As you know, due to the recent events of COVID-19 and the rapid changes in our environment, we have not been able to meet as usual at our space. We have been brainstorming and trying to figure out the best way to reach as many of you as possible while at home, so that you feel your membership is valuable. As new challenges present themselves, we find what we had in place has created a valuable space for many. It has also identified many limitations. In a search to improve those limitations and continue with what works we have decided to transition to a new platform that will bring many services under much more control and flexibility as well as streamline our business for a much friendlier user experience. Once all of this is implemented, we will have everything you need in one place and we are excited to share it with you. This will take some time (several weeks), and may require some help on your side in creating new accounts on our new system or updating information that has already been in our current system. Our immediate goal was to get live streaming classes available to you, as we have. We want to thank you for your patience as we figure this out in order to make it the best that we can at this particular time.
In dealing with the current environment, our main concern was how do we add value to your membership, since our studio is mandated to be closed (by the city of Franklin, until further notice) and do the best we can to help those in need. It really is a dollar and sense situation. The funds coming from your memberships is all we have to support our family. We also provide a service that many can benefit from during this challenging and stressful time. Our first thought was to charge non-members a nominal fee for class and provide all our members a coupon for free. As we tried to implement this, we soon found out the technical difficulties involved to make this happen. Our new goal is finding the best way to get our service out there, for free, to help as many people as we can, with your support, believing everything will work out.
Please stay close and be sure to be on the lookout updates to our site. We sure do miss kicking it with you all and hope we can all be on the magic purple carpet soon enough... for now it will have to be virtually.
Until then, be sure to be taking care of yourself and those around you. Remember, we are all in this together and we are stronger together. T.E.A.M.
Thank you and God bless,
Shellie and Mark
